Experience

Dr. Jolanta Czyżowska graduated from the Medical Academy in Krakow, she is a Paediatrician. PhD in Medical Sciences earned in Jagiellonian University of Krakow. Currently specialising in Infectious Diseases. She held a scholarship at the University of Rochester (Strong Memorial Hospital), USA. Professional experience gained at the L’Hopital Necker-Enfants Malades in Paris (France), a Private Clinic in Sicily (Italy) as well as over the 20 years of practice at the Children’s Hospital in Krakow (neonatal ward, infant and children’s ward). Also, Dr. Czyzowska has worked in outpatient departments: neonatal, paediatric, gastroenterology and primary care with vaccination point. Long-term sports physician and children’s disability assessor.  Numerous training certificates from Poland and abroad. Dr. Czyzewska holds a membership of the Polish Paediatric Society and the Polish Society of Hospital Infections. She is a scientific editor of the Polish edition of: ‘ABC of child’s health. First aid guide for parents’ and co-author of ‘Home medical handbook’.
